There are many young people who want to go to Japan - to study in Japan, experience Japanese culture, and live in Japan. But how can you make the dream of studying in Japan come true? Our job is to support you in realizing those dreams.

We support you from the very beginning of your desire to study in Japan. It is a long road to think seriously about studying in Japan, to start the preparation, and finally to enter the school of your choice. We will walk that long road with you and support you along the way. We provide detailed support for students from preparing to come to Japan to adjusting to life after arrival in Japan and studying at our Institute. As you near your language proficiency goals, we assist you in choosing a specialty your higher education aspirations; searching for a school to meet these aspirations; preparing application documents; and so on. For students who wish to enter graduate school, we also provide guidance in contacting academic advisors and writing graduate research plans.

The Institute for Japanese 365在线体育投注-【官网直营】@ and Culture is part of J. F. Oberlin University. Students have access to all services as all other undergraduate and graduate students, including library and Internet access. There is also a recommendation system for transition into J. F. Oberlin’s university system. Students can study Japanese language and culture and at the same time learn the knowledge necessary to study the specialized field they wish to pursue. In addition, students can improve their ability to adapt to the living and studying environment in Japan while studying at the Institute for Japanese 365在线体育投注-【官网直营】@ and Culture. This enables students to smoothly progress in their specialized fields of study at their chosen undergraduate and graduate schools.

J. F. Oberlin University's Special Program for International Students was established in April 2005 and opened in September of the same year. To date, we have welcomed many international students from China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, the United States, Peru, Germany, Mongolia, India, Nepal, Philippine, Singapore, France, Spain, Mexico and other countries. Many students, after undergoing study periods ranging from six months to two years in our institute, proceed to colleges and Graduate Programs within J. F. Oberlin University system. Alternatively, students continue their studies at external institutions such as the University of Tokyo, among others.
