Wednesday, April 29, will be a national holiday: Showa Day. Although classes at J. F. Oberlin University will be held as usual on that day, the school bus between Machida Campus and Tama Center will not run in the morning because the bus route overlaps with the course of the Buso Marathon. Students who normally ride the school bus in the morning from Tama Center will have to come to the university along an alternate route.

Bus service to and from Tama Center on the 29th will resume at 12:00 noon and will follow the normal schedule for the rest of the day. Bus service between Machida Campus and Fuchinobe Station will not be affected and will follow the normal schedule for the entire day.
